The movie by Cristi Puiu, “Moartea domnului Lazarescu” (Death of Mr. Lazarescu), opens the festival New Balkan Film in New York, an event taking place during March 5 to 8, organized together with Harriman Institute – Center of Studies by The Columbia University – in cooperation with Bosnia – Herzegovina Film Festival in New York, Romanian Cultural Institute in New York and Consulate of Serbia.
